1. Avtalets omfattning
Dessa villkor och denna informationspolicy gäller när du skapar konto, loggar in
eller på annat sätt använder Resurshubben (nedan ”Tjänsten”). Genom att skapa konto
eller fortsätta använda Tjänsten bekräftar du att du har läst villkoren och
godtar dem. Om du inte godtar villkoren får du inte använda Tjänsten.
Tjänsten tillhandahålls av Resurshubben (nedan ”vi”, ”oss” eller ”Leverantören”).

2. Tjänstens syfte
Resurshubben är en digital plattform för bland annat kartbaserad översikt,
hantering av ytor och andra tillgångar, företags- och personprofiler samt
marknadsplatsfunktioner. För att dessa funktioner ska fungera behöver Tjänsten
behandla de uppgifter som du själv lämnar eller skapar i systemet.
3. Konto och behörighet
- Du ansvarar för att uppgifterna du anger vid registrering är korrekta och aktuella.
- Du ansvarar för att skydda dina inloggningsuppgifter och för aktivitet som sker via ditt konto.
- Du får endast använda Tjänsten i enlighet med tillämplig lag och dessa villkor.
- Vi kan begränsa, stänga av eller avsluta konton vid missbruk, säkerhetsrisk eller brott mot villkoren.
4. Uppgifter du lämnar — lagring och behandling
När du använder Tjänsten lämnar eller skapar du uppgifter (nedan ”Användaruppgifter”).
Genom att använda Tjänsten och, vid kontoskapande, godkänna dessa villkor,
samtycker du till att vi får lagra, behandla och återge Användaruppgifter
i den utsträckning som krävs för att tillhandahålla, underhålla, säkra och förbättra
Tjänsten samt för att uppfylla rättsliga skyldigheter.
Behandlingen sker för att vi ska kunna leverera den funktionalitet du efterfrågar —
till exempel kontohantering, hubb- och kartfunktioner, produktannonsering,
kommunikation och stöd. Utan sådan behandling kan delar av eller hela Tjänsten
inte tillhandahållas.
5. Geografiska och kartrelaterade uppgifter
Tjänsten är i hög grad beroende av geografisk information. Användaruppgifter kan
bland annat omfatta:
- adresser och platsangivelser,
- koordinater, punkter, polygoner och andra geometrier,
- kartlager, markeringar och kopplingar mellan tillgångar och platser,
- metadata som behövs för att visa, redigera och dela sådan information i Tjänsten.
Du bekräftar att du har rätt att lämna sådan information (inklusive att du har
behörighet för platser eller ytor du registrerar) och att du godkänner att vi
lagrar och behandlar den för Tjänstens funktioner. Du ansvarar för att
geografiska uppgifter du anger är så korrekta som rimligen kan krävas för ditt bruk.
Kartor och platsberäkningar kan innehålla felmarginaler eller bero på externa
kart- och geodatatjänster. Vi garanterar inte absolut geografisk precision och
Tjänsten ska inte ensam användas som enda underlag för rättsliga, ekonomiska
eller säkerhetskritiska beslut utan egen kontroll.
6. Innehåll, annonser och delning
Innehåll du publicerar i Tjänsten (t.ex. profiler, tillgångar, produkter, bilder
och beskrivningar) kan bli synligt för andra användare i den omfattning som
funktionerna och dina val medger. Du behåller dina rättigheter till ditt
innehåll, men ger oss en icke-exklusiv rätt att lagra, kopiera, visa och
tekniskt bearbeta innehållet i den mån det behövs för Tjänsten.
Du får inte ladda upp innehåll som du saknar rätt till, som kränker tredje man,
eller som är olagligt, vilseledande eller skadligt.
7. Informationspolicy (personuppgifter)
Vi behandlar personuppgifter i enlighet med tillämplig dataskyddslagstiftning
(bl.a. GDPR). Personuppgifter kan bland annat omfatta e-postadress, användarnamn,
profil- och kontaktuppgifter, företagsrelationer samt tekniska loggar som behövs
för drift och säkerhet.
Ändamål. Behandlingen sker främst för att:
- fullgöra avtalet med dig (leverera Tjänsten),
- möjliggöra de funktioner du väljer att använda,
- skydda Tjänsten, förebygga missbruk och felsöka problem,
- uppfylla lagkrav när sådana föreligger.
Lagringstid. Uppgifter sparas så länge kontot är aktivt och så
länge det därefter är nödvändigt för Tjänstens syfte, rättsliga krav eller
berättigade säkerhetsintressen. Du kan begära radering enligt gällande rätt;
viss information kan behöva kvarstå under en begränsad tid av tekniska eller
rättsliga skäl.
Delning. Vi säljer inte dina personuppgifter. Uppgifter kan
behandlas av underleverantörer som tillhandahåller drift, lagring, e-post,
kart- eller andra tekniska tjänster, under avtal som kräver lämpligt skydd.
Uppgifter kan lämnas ut om lag kräver det eller för att skydda rättigheter och säkerhet.
Dina rättigheter. Du kan ha rätt till tillgång, rättelse,
radering, begränsning, dataportabilitet och invändning, samt att lämna klagomål
till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). Kontakta oss via Tjänstens
kontaktvägar för sådana begäranden.
8. Immateriella rättigheter
Tjänstens programvara, design, varumärken och underliggande system tillhör
Leverantören eller dess licensgivare. Du får en begränsad, återkallelig rätt att
använda Tjänsten enligt dessa villkor. Ingen äganderätt till Tjänsten övergår till dig.
9. Ansvarsbegränsning
Tjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. I den utsträckning lag tillåter ansvarar
vi inte för indirekta skador, utebliven vinst, förlorade data eller följdskador
som uppstår i samband med användning av Tjänsten. Vårt samlade ansvar för direkta
skador är, i den mån lag tillåter, begränsat till belopp du eventuellt betalat
för Tjänsten under de senaste tolv månaderna, eller — om ingen betalning skett —
till ett belopp motsvarande rimlig skälig ersättning under omständigheterna.
Inget i dessa villkor begränsar ansvar som enligt tvingande lag inte får begränsas
(t.ex. vid uppsåt eller grov vårdslöshet).
10. Ändringar
Vi kan uppdatera dessa villkor när Tjänsten eller lagstiftningen förändras.
Väsentliga ändringar meddelas i Tjänsten eller via de kontaktuppgifter du angett.
Fortsatt användning efter att uppdaterade villkor trätt i kraft innebär att du
godtar dem, i den mån lag tillåter.
11. Tillämplig lag
Dessa villkor styrs av svensk rätt. Tvister ska i första hand lösas i samförstånd.
Om det inte är möjligt avgörs tvisten av svensk domstol, om inte tvingande
konsumentskyddsregler anger annat.
Genom att kryssa i godkännandet vid kontoskapande bekräftar du särskilt att du
har tagit del av avsnitten om lagring och behandling av Användaruppgifter,
inklusive geografiska uppgifter, och att sådan behandling är nödvändig för att
Tjänsten ska kunna tillhandahålla den funktionalitet du efterfrågar.

in interpretation, the Swedish version prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
1. Scope of the agreement
These terms and this information policy apply when you create an account, sign in,
or otherwise use Resurshubben (the “Service”). By creating an account or continuing
to use the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
If you do not accept them, you may not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Resurshubben (“we”, “us”, or the “Provider”).
Contact details are available under “Contact us” in the Service.
2. Purpose of the Service
Resurshubben is a digital platform for, among other things, map-based overview,
management of areas and other assets, company and personal profiles, and
marketplace features. For these features to work, the Service needs to process
the information you provide or create in the system.
3. Account and authorisation
- You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration is accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
- You may use the Service only in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
- We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts in case of misuse, security risk, or breach of these terms.
4. Information you provide — storage and processing
When you use the Service you provide or create information (“User Data”).
By using the Service and, when creating an account, accepting these terms,
you consent to us storing, processing, and reproducing User Data
to the extent required to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service,
and to comply with legal obligations.
Processing is carried out so that we can deliver the functionality you seek —
for example account management, hub and map features, product listings,
communication, and support. Without such processing, parts of or the entire
Service may not be provided.
5. Geographic and map-related data
The Service relies heavily on geographic information. User Data may include,
among other things:
- addresses and location references,
- coordinates, points, polygons, and other geometries,
- map layers, markers, and links between assets and places,
- metadata needed to display, edit, and share such information in the Service.
You confirm that you have the right to provide such information (including that
you are authorised in respect of places or areas you register) and that you
agree to our storing and processing it for the Service’s features. You are
responsible for ensuring that geographic information you enter is as accurate
as can reasonably be required for your use.
Maps and location calculations may include margins of error or depend on
external map and geodata services. We do not guarantee absolute geographic
precision, and the Service should not be used as the sole basis for legal,
financial, or safety-critical decisions without your own verification.
6. Content, listings, and sharing
Content you publish in the Service (for example profiles, assets, products,
images, and descriptions) may become visible to other users to the extent
permitted by the features and your choices. You retain your rights in your
content, but grant us a non-exclusive right to store, copy, display, and
technically process the content as needed for the Service.
You may not upload content that you lack rights to, that infringes third-party
rights, or that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
7. Information policy (personal data)
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law
(including the GDPR). Personal data may include, among other things, email
address, username, profile and contact details, company relationships, and
technical logs needed for operation and security.
Purposes. Processing is primarily carried out to:
- perform the contract with you (provide the Service),
- enable the features you choose to use,
- protect the Service, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot issues,
- comply with legal requirements where applicable.
Retention. Data is retained while the account is active and
thereafter for as long as necessary for the Service’s purposes, legal
requirements, or legitimate security interests. You may request erasure under
applicable law; some information may need to remain for a limited time for
technical or legal reasons.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal data. Data may be
processed by subprocessors that provide hosting, storage, email, map, or other
technical services, under agreements requiring appropriate protection.
Data may be disclosed where required by law or to protect rights and security.
Your rights. You may have rights of access, rectification,
erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, and the right to lodge
a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Contact
us via the Service’s contact channels for such requests.
8. Intellectual property
The Service’s software, design, trademarks, and underlying systems belong to
the Provider or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable right to use
the Service under these terms. No ownership of the Service is transferred to you.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not
liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages
arising in connection with use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for
direct damages is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to amounts you may
have paid for the Service during the preceding twelve months, or — if no payment
has been made — to a reasonable amount under the circumstances.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory
law (for example in cases of intent or gross negligence).
10. Changes
We may update these terms when the Service or applicable law changes.
Material changes will be communicated in the Service or via the contact details
you have provided. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you
accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved
amicably. If that is not possible, the dispute shall be decided by a Swedish
court, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

confirm that you have reviewed the sections on storage and processing of User
Data, including geographic data, and that such processing is necessary for the
Service to provide the functionality you seek.
